Awesome Life Friday

Welcome to Awesome Life Friday!

We're so looking forward to seeing what you've been cooking, creating, growing, decorating, reviewing, giving away, and thinking about this week!

While you're here, leave your posts at the other link up we co-host here - Party in Your PJs!  It starts on Tuesday evenings, and runs through Sunday.  I hope you'll join us there as well!

Not much has happened here - I found out today that a terrible cold I couldn't kick is actually bronchitis, which completely explains why doing anything and at all has felt so hard.

While I'm on the mend, I've enjoyed seeing what all of you are doing though!

So, now our favorite part - the FEATURES !  If you're one of our featured posts, we'd love it if you'd grab a button, and thanks to all of you who shared with us last week!

We Installed a Faux Wood Beam in the Kitchen! // Welsh Design Studio
"Seriously, this thing is made of polyurethane foam!  It is molded to look like an 18th century barn beam, so not only does it look very realistic and have a ton of character, but it is also super light weight."

Natural Anti-Aging Body Lotion with SPF // Simple Life Mom
"You are using shea butter and oils! This will feel more oily when first applied, but will soak into the skin within minutes."

Westside 5K Color Walk/Run 2017 // Dragonfly Treasure
"The most fun was the celebration afterward. After tossing giant beach balls around
for a bit then can time to toss COLORS!"

Creating a Fairy House // Stone Cottage Adventures
"I love decorating with [goards] in Autumn.  After Thanksgiving, the gourds are tucked away in the back of our old milk barn until they dry.  This one has a great shape and a pretty stem, so it got a nice scrub."

Tapioca Trifle with Chocolate Pudding // Annies Home
"Layer puddings in jars, starting with chocolate and store in the fridge. Optionally garnish with shaved chocolate"

The Little Owl is Completed! // Hillview Embroidery
"I’m actually surprised at just how quickly this project worked up. ... this little owl was a good introduction to the technique for me. It was small enough to be manageable, but it also introduced a number of techniques used in metal and gold work."

If you are one of our FEATURED bloggers, this button is for you!

Thank you all so much for sharing your awesomeness!

Are you all ready to party?  If you like, we'd love it you'd help spread the word by grabbing our button:
